In the early morning of April 25, 2026, the “Walk for a Carton of Milk” charity campaign officially kicked off. Guided by multiple authorities including the Publicity Department of the CPC Changzhou Municipal Committee (Changzhou Civilization Office) and organized by the Changzhou Virtue Foundation and other institutions, with loving title sponsorship from Zhaodi · Jinxiu Chunqiu, this city-brand charity event has entered its 12th edition, staying true to its mission: Spreading Love with Steps, Warming Young Hearts with Kindness.

The event offered multiple routes to suit participants:
- Full marathon: 30 km (Changzhou Vocational Institute of Engineering → Global Harbor of Jiangnan)
- Half marathon: 20 km (Changzhou Vocational Institute of Engineering → Workers’ Cultural Palace Square)
- Mini route: 5 km (Citizens’ Square → Global Harbor of Jiangnan)
Eight themed checkpoints highlighting the Long March were set up along the way, featuring landmarks such as the Starting Point in Ruijin, the Battle of Xiangjiang River, and the Fierce Capture of Luding Bridge. This made the walk not only a physical activity but also a meaningful journey to revisit revolutionary history.

Thanks to the day’s dedicated efforts, remarkable results were achieved: more than 10,000 people joined the walk, supported by over 4,000 volunteers, social workers, and security personnel, raising over 1 million yuan in charitable funds.
