Material Selection

JUNHUA PEEK focuses on PEEK materials. We have dozens of standard and customized PEEK grades for customers to choose. Please inform your product design requirements, such as mechanical performance requirements, operating temperature, dielectric constant, etc., and we will recommend suitable PEEK or other high-performance engineering plastics for you.
Survey & Mapping

With samples, JUNHUA PEEK can survey and map out the drawing. Advanced equipment like Image measuring instrument (accuracy can reach 0.001mm), three-coordinate detector (accuracy can reach 0.003mm), and the smoothness detector are all ready to ensure precise drawings for customers.
Mold design, Injection & Machining

JUNHUA PEEK provides different product forming solutions like injection molding （including mold design and manufacturing in house），machining，extrusion according to your product design to optimize your cost.
Sampling

JUNHUA PEEK will send samples according to the quantity required by the customer for the customer to assemble and test. If the first sample delivery is approved, our company will carry out mass production and testing according to the confirmed samples. If the sample is not approved for the first time, our company will adjust the product design or production process according to the customer's feedback, and then send the sample again until the sample passes the customer's test.
Massive Manufacturing

After sample approval, JUNHUA PEEK will solidify the production process of the product and issue a production operation instruction for the production department to refer to. From the acquisition of raw materials, the confirmation of the first product, the temperature control in the production process, and the quality sampling, JUNHUA PEEK controls every small detail to ensure the quality of the batch products.
QA & QC

JUNHUA PEEK strictly implements the ISO9001:2008 quality management system, and conducts strict quality control on each batch of products. During the production process, the operator conducts self-inspection, and the QC personnel conducts sampling inspection and records; after the product is completed, the QC personnel conduct a full inspection or sampling inspection of the whole batch of finished products, and provide the customer COA report, dimensional inspection report and other inspection reports required by the customer.
Continuous Follow-up and Improvement

JUNHUA PEEK implements an improvement proposal system with full participation and implements the PDCA cycle. We measure and record each batch of products, and continuously optimize product design or processing plans based on the experience of similar customer cases. Provide customers with better PEEK product solutions through target achievement rate, factor analysis and improvement plan verification.
