On the basis of inheriting the original excellent characteristics of PEEK, this material significantly reduces the thermal conductivity to 0.2W/(m·K) through technological innovation, and reduces the thermal conductivity by nearly 30% compared with pure PEEK5600G, providing a high-performance solution for the field of thermal insulation.

PEEK5600LTC not only have excellent thermal insulation performance, but also excellent weather resistance and processing flexibility. Its particle properties make the injection molding process more efficient and help control production costs; At the same time, the dimensional stability of the molded product is excellent, ensuring assembly accuracy and long-term reliability.

Electronic and electrical field: In 5G base stations, it serves as a high-frequency connector thermal insulation bracket, effectively reducing thermal interference and ensuring the stability of signal transmission. In the field of new energy vehicles, it is used as a thermal insulation layer for battery modules to delay the risk of thermal runaway and improve the safety and life of battery packs.

Aerospace field: used for engine compartment heat shield, achieving 60% weight reduction and 50% improvement of thermal insulation efficiency; In the satellite thermal control system, it effectively blocks the thermal shock of extreme temperature differences on precision instruments and prolongs the service life of satellites.

High Temperature Performance

PEEK’s performance can remain stable in the temperature range from -196°C to 260°C. Under extreme working conditions, it can withstand 300″C for a short time. The performance of PEEK is still reliable even in high temperatures of several kilometers underground work environment.

High Strength and Wear Resistance

Compared with other plastics, PEEK is resistant to compression, impact and also have good fatigue resistance. PEEK is durable in mechanical equipment and wear-resistant environments.
