PEEK Medical Catheters/PEEK Endoscopes
Currently, our PEEK medical catheters are widely used in interventional and minimally invasive surgical instruments, such as intravenous radiofrequency ablation catheters, cardiac radiofrequency ablation catheters, abdominal surgical instruments, endoscopes, and urological thermal vapor ablation.
What distinguishes PEEK medical catheters from traditional medical catheters is that, in addition to their excellent toughness, they also possess a certain degree of rigidity.
PEEK catheters offer the best fatigue resistance of any material and excellent insulation properties, with a single 0.2mm diameter achieving a dielectric strength of 5kV.
PEEK high-temperature-resistant medical catheters can maintain excellent mechanical properties for extended periods below 160°C. They offer excellent dimensional stability, high strength, abrasion resistance, excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, strong impact resistance, and flame retardancy. Their dielectric strength remains unaffected in humid environments or during high-temperature retorting. They are compatible with all commonly used medical disinfection methods.
Currently, our PEEK medical catheters are widely used in minimally invasive interventional procedures. It is widely used in interventional and minimally invasive surgical instruments, such as intravenous radiofrequency ablation catheters, cardiac radiofrequency ablation catheters, abdominal surgical instruments, endoscopes, and urological thermal vapor ablation.
PEEK also features a low coefficient of friction and high wear resistance, reducing friction and wear during endoscope movement, ensuring its service life and accuracy. In medical endoscopes, PEEK is also commonly used to manufacture key components such as connectors, handles, and rocker arms. Due to its excellent mechanical properties and chemical stability, PEEK meets the stringent requirements of medical devices, such as withstanding high mechanical pressure and avoiding metal ion generation.

A 300-square-meter cleanroom for PEEK medical profiles and products ensures the cleanliness of extrusion equipment and a dust-free environment. We meticulously control product internal cleanliness to meet the stringent standards of the medical industry.
Medical PEEK tubing: Its cylindrical rigidity and thin walls allow for a small bending radius, facilitating the tortuous path of catheters through the body. This material can be sterilized using ethylene oxide (EO or EtO), electron beam sterilization, or autoclaving.
