On the morning of May 9, 2026, Junhua Shares grandly held the kick-off meeting for its APS Scheduling System (including MES) Project (hereinafter referred to as the “APS/MES Project”). Mr. Liu, Vice President of Production, along with heads of core departments including Production, Sales, Planning, Procurement, Finance, and Warehousing, attended the meeting alongside the Project Director and expert team from Suzhou Pangen Network Technology Co., Ltd. This event marks a brand-new stage in the company’s digital transformation in manufacturing.

01. Confronting Pain Points: Sounding the Clarion Call for Digital Transformation

At the kick-off meeting, company leadership deeply analyzed the current challenges facing production management. For a long time, the company’s production scheduling heavily relied on manual experience. Faced with an increasingly complex order structure and frequent urgent/interrupted orders, the traditional Excel manual scheduling model could no longer meet market demands. This led to prominent issues such as uneven capacity utilization, long delivery cycles, and work-in-progress (WIP) backlogs.

To solve these bottlenecks, the company decided to introduce an industry-leading APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) + MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solution. The project aims to utilize digital means to break down data barriers between the planning and execution layers, achieving transparent, refined, and intelligent management across the entire production process.

02. Strategic Leadership: Casting a New Engine for Intelligent Manufacturing

As the company’s “No. 1 Project” for 2026, the APS/MES project has been endowed with supreme strategic significance.

“This is not just an IT project, but a profound management revolution,” emphasized Mr. Liu, VP of Production, in his address. “Through the APS system, we aim to achieve ‘algorithmic scheduling’ to resolve the paradox of coexisting ‘high inventory’ and ‘severe material shortages.’ Through the MES system, we will achieve real-time control over the production shop floor. This will directly determine our cost competitiveness and delivery capabilities in the future market.”

Upon its official launch, the project is expected to deliver:

03. Company-Wide Collaboration: Overcoming Difficulties to Ensure Successful Implementation

To ensure the smooth implementation of the project, the company has established a dedicated task force spearheaded by VP Mr. Liu, with backbone elites from various departments participating full-time. At the meeting, Mr. Tao, the Project Director from the vendor side, stated that a team of senior consultants will be stationed on-site to customize the optimal implementation blueprint tailored to Junhua’s actual business scenarios. Both parties will establish a “weekly meeting and weekly progress report” mechanism to rigorously control the project timeline against the roadmap.

Representing the client-side project team, Project Manager Mr. Han declared: “The clarion call has sounded, and the journey has begun. We will fulfill our duties with the utmost dedication and collaborate closely to ensure the high-quality delivery of this project. We look forward to contributing to the company’s strategic goals of improving operational efficiency and optimizing resource allocation, creating a bright future for Junhua PEEK together!”
