In order to gain deeper insights into the polymerization and refining processes of PEEK and PI, and to further enhance the expertise of the sales and technical teams, Junhua Group organized a field trip on April 11 to Jining, Shandong. Participants included colleagues from the sales department, various business divisions, R&D, and production departments. The trip focused on the polymerization techniques, purification processes, quality management systems, and industry trends related to PEEK and PI.

The Junhua team first visited the exhibition hall of the Jining New Materials Industrial Park. A park representative provided a detailed introduction to current projects, supporting services, and future development plans. The representative also highlighted the park’s strategic layout in areas such as third-generation semiconductor materials, carbon-based new materials, fire safety materials, and low-altitude economy. The park actively supports resident enterprises by offering efficient services to address various challenges in their production and operations, thereby offering strong backing for industrial growth.

The team then visited Shandong Junhao, where they conducted an in-depth study of the optimization solutions used in the polymerization and refining workshops for PEEK and PI. They also learned in detail about the company’s R&D projects, ongoing technologies, quality assurance equipment, and management systems. Currently, Shandong Junhao has successfully matched international standards in yellow-toned particle coloration. Its low-melting-point PAEK particles are already being steadily supplied to select clients. The company’s newly built 6000-liter large-scale reactor—the largest of its kind among domestically-funded enterprises—can produce up to 1,400 kg per batch, significantly improving both production efficiency and batch stability. In addition, the team toured the site of Shandong Junhao’s Phase III expansion project and discussed the company’s future production capacity plans.

Following the intensive business visit, the team made a special trip to the Confucian cultural landmarks of the “Three Confucian Sites” and Nishan Sacred Land in Qufu. As the birthplace of Confucianism, the area’s profound historical and cultural heritage deeply inspired the team. Many expressed that combining modern industrial site visits with traditional cultural experiences broadened their professional horizons while enriching their cultural awareness, offering new perspectives for their future work.

Through this trip to Shandong, the Junhua team not only gained a thorough understanding of the cutting-edge production processes for PEEK and PI materials, but also enhanced team cohesion through cultural immersion. Looking ahead, Junhua Group will continue to deepen technical collaboration with outstanding industry peers, while also emphasizing the holistic development of its employees. The company remains committed to providing superior specialty engineering plastic solutions to customers and driving innovation within the industry.
