April 25, 2026 – On this joyful and promising occasion, the new intelligent factory of Jiangsu Junhua Special Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Junhua) was officially put into operation. This event not only showcases the company’s nearly two decades of achievements in the high-end engineering plastics sector but also marks Junhua’s official entry into a new era of development.

Unveiling & Launch Ceremony
Innovation drives development; technology shapes the future. The key technology for industrial preparation of medical implant-grade continuous carbon fiber-reinforced PEEK composites, jointly developed by Junhua, Shandong Junhao High-Performance Polymer Co., Ltd., and Changzhou Junhua Medical Technology Co., Ltd., successfully passed the authoritative appraisal by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. After rigorous review by industry experts, the technology was rated as internationally advanced. Junhua officially unveiled this world-class scientific and technological achievement.
At 9:28 a.m., Secretary Feng Xujiang, Director Luo Xiaoxia, Chairman Li Jun and distinguished guests took the stage together to launch the new factory, injecting strong momentum into Junhua’s future journey and writing a more brilliant chapter at this new starting point.
Keynote Speeches
Professor Wang Guibin from Jilin University and Professor Zhu Shu from Donghua University delivered keynote speeches titled Properties of PEEK and Its Composites and Application Prospects in Low-Altitude Economy and Robotics and Key Technologies and Application Exploration of Aerospace Thermoplastic Composite Manufacturing, respectively. They comprehensively interpreted the huge potential of PEEK composites in low-altitude economy, robotics and high-end aerospace applications, unlocking new technologies and opportunities for the industry.
Visit to the Intelligent Factory
Junhua arranged professional guides to lead guests in batches to visit the exhibition hall and the new intelligent factory, offering an intuitive understanding of Junhua’s new facilities and products. The intelligent factory integrates an automatic centralized feeding system, real-time monitoring platform and intelligent warehousing & logistics system, realizing full-process digital management from raw material input to finished product delivery.
