The world’s leading event for the plastics and rubber industry – the International Trade Fair for Plastics and Rubber (K Show) – will grandly open on October 8, 2025, in Düsseldorf, Germany, lasting for eight days. This year’s show will feature over 3,200 exhibitors from 66 countries, covering 18 halls and extensive outdoor exhibition areas, with a total display area of more than 177,000 m². It will comprehensively showcase the latest technologies and innovations across the plastics and rubber value chain.

High-Performance PEEK Materials
By leveraging advanced modification technologies, Junhua expands the application boundaries of PEEK. With the addition of reinforcements such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, graphite, and PTFE, the mechanical strength, wear resistance, and rigidity of PEEK are significantly enhanced. This has led to the development of five widely used grades: PEEK5600G, PEEK5600CF30, PEEK5600LF30, PEEK5600GF30, and PEEK5600FE20. The latest innovation, DRDPAEK, is a low-melting-point PAEK material (303 °C) that enables more energy-efficient processing and broader application potential.
Medical Implant-Grade AKSOPEEK®
Junhua’s independently developed AKSOPEEK® strictly complies with YY/T 0660-2008 and is certified to ASTM F2026. This implant-grade PEEK material offers ultra-high purity, excellent bioactivity, and outstanding biocompatibility. It is available in multiple forms, including raw granules, semi-finished shapes, and implant-grade 3D printing filaments. At the booth, visitors will see finished products such as 3D-printed cranial implants, highlighting its reliable performance and extensive application in orthopedic implants and high-end medical devices.

Industry-Specific Solutions
For industries such as automotive, machinery, precision engineering, and petrochemicals, Junhua will showcase tailored solutions: CF/PEEK composite wound tubes, aerospace special plates, PEEK adjusting nuts for textile machinery, bicycle gears, petrochemical filter fabrics, and more. Additionally, high-temperature-resistant PI raw materials, rods, and plates will be presented, demonstrating Junhua’s integrated capabilities from polymerization and extrusion to part machining.
