Recently, Jiangsu Junhua High Polymer Material Co., Ltd. marked a new milestone—the relocation and activation of its new smart factory. The project, officially named “Annual Production of 1000 Tons of Polyetheretherketone (PEEK), 100 Tons of Polyimide (PI) Materials and Related Products, and 10,000 Sets of Precision Molds,” has been successfully completed.
Relocation to the New Factory
In the midst of an era of industrial upgrading and intelligent manufacturing transformation, the company wrote a triumphant chapter in its 2025 strategic offensive by winning a tough battle “against time.”
The relocation site was a hive of activity, with all departments collaborating efficiently, strictly following the plan to ensure a smooth transition. Our dedication and meticulous arrangements guaranteed uninterrupted service, continuous production, and timely delivery—a solemn commitment to our customers’ long-term trust. The shared goal among all employees was to get the new factory operating at full capacity as quickly as possible, allowing customers to continue experiencing Junhua’s consistent reliability and efficiency.
The relocation marks a more solid step forward in Junhua’s development journey.
The new campus features two production workshops, one office building, and one R&D building. In addition to being larger, the new facility is equipped with 332 sets of new equipment and facilities, including imported extrusion production lines, molding machines, 800-ton injection molding machines, and vertical high-speed machining centers. We have also introduced a smart logistics and automated warehouse storage system to further enhance our core competitiveness.
Additionally, we’ve integrated advanced technical systems like the DCS (Distributed Control System) and a centralized drying and feeding system for the extrusion and injection molding production lines. These technologies work in synergy to lay a solid foundation for increased production capacity, stable quality, and technological innovation.
The New Smart Factory
Construction on the new factory began in May 2024 and, after more than a year, the production area officially started operations in August 2025. The exhibition hall, offices, and R&D center are currently being decorated and are expected to be ready for use in February of next year.
